Our purpose is to generate well-being through a human, efficient, and people-centered service. **We are looking for: COORDINATION ASSISTANT – HOME HELP SERVICE (SAD) RIVAS VACIAMADRID** If you are passionate about the social sector, possess strong organizational skills, and enjoy working collaboratively to improve people's lives, this opportunity may be right for you. **What will your mission be?** Provide direct support to the Home Help Service (SAD) coordination team, contributing to ensuring that our users receive quality, efficient, and human-centered care. **Main responsibilities:** * Support in planning and monitoring auxiliary staff routes and coverage zones. * Management of incidents, emergencies, absences, and replacements. * Ongoing communication with auxiliary staff, users, and families. * Registration, updating, and monitoring of information on management platforms. * Support for continuous service improvement. **Profile we seek:** * Training in Social Work, Social Education, Psychology, Dependency Care, Administrative Management, or related fields. * Prior experience in SAD management will be valued. * **Proficiency in office tools and management software (Gesad, Cibersad).
