Currently, we are seeking a **Senior Project Engineer (Decarbonization)** to join our team based at our offices in **Madrid** or **Bilbao**. **What will your day-to-day look like?** Lead the technical coordination of engineering activities within the industrial decarbonization program. Ensure consistency, quality, and compliance of engineering deliverables according to project standards. Supervise the progress of technical disciplines and manage interfaces between internal teams (process, civil, electrical, E&I, etc.) and external partners (OEMs, JV partners). Participate in design reviews and technical clarification processes. Contribute to engineering task planning and monitoring of associated schedules and costs. Identify technical risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation and improvement actions. Ensure compliance with **health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards**. Provide technical support during construction and commissioning phases, ensuring correct implementation of engineering deliverables. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a senior engineer with experience in technical coordination of large-scale industrial projects, preferably in sectors related to energy, steel, oil & gas, or industrial processes. Degree in Engineering (electrical, mechanical, civil, process, or similar). At least **7 years of experience** in engineering and industrial execution projects (CAPEX). Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and management of engineering packages. Knowledge of codes, regulations, and industrial standards. Proficiency with planning and control tools (MS Project, Primavera) and design platforms (BIM, CAD, etc.). Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent). **Advanced level of English** (mandatory).
