Currently, we are seeking a **Program Control Manager** to join our team located at our office in **Madrid** or **Bilbao**. **What will your day-to-day look like?** Lead and manage the **Cluster Controls \& Governance** team. Define the governance structure for program operations and ensure compliance. Manage planning, monitoring, and cost control of projects (from the highest level down to WBS/CBS detail). Create reports and dashboards reflecting the program status (weekly, monthly, and ad\-hoc). Supervise risk management, change management, and documentation, ensuring data integrity and traceability. Coordinate activities among different stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and project partners. Identify and resolve control and governance issues, escalating to the Cluster Director when necessary. Ensure projects meet objectives, deadlines, and budgets. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a senior professional with extensive experience in managing **control and governance programs** for large-scale industrial projects: University degree in engineering or equivalent qualification. Over 15 years of experience leading CAPEX program controls for large-scale projects. Proven experience in planning, cost control, risk management, change management, and project documentation. Strong leadership skills, results-oriented, proactive, and detail-oriented. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executives and stakeholders. Ability to work under pressure in multicultural and technical environments. Fluent English; French is a plus.
