Currently, we are seeking a **Construction Manager** to join our team based in **Madrid** or **Bilbao**. **What will your day-to-day look like?** Supervise construction quality, safety (EHS, QA/QC), and progress. Coordinate execution by EPCM, Joint Ventures, and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with contractual and safety requirements. Review and approve contractors' execution plans, work methods, and construction schedules. Develop and maintain the baseline construction schedule, integrating all project activities and conducting site inspections. Identify construction risks and propose corrective actions. Participate in geotechnical studies and safety walkthroughs to ensure proper planning and execution. Maintain smooth communication with commissioning teams and other project stakeholders. Regularly report on construction status, deviations, and mitigation plans. **What are we looking for?** We are seeking a senior professional with solid experience in **construction management of large-scale industrial projects**, preferably in CAPEX and with international experience: University degree in engineering. More than 10 years of experience in construction management, ideally in CAPEX projects and with experience at ArcelorMittal. Experience in multidisciplinary projects: construction, mechanical, electrical, gas, and instrumentation. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to align multicultural teams around safety and quality standards.
