Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for identifying training needs, planning, developing, and delivering leadership training and development programs, supporting leaders throughout their development journey and assisting managers.

**Responsibilities:** Identify training needs (TNA) in collaboration with leaders and strategic areas; Plan, develop, and deliver leadership development programs; Act as a facilitator in training sessions; Monitor leadership development journeys, assess progress, and propose complementary actions; Develop learning content, learning paths, and instructional materials; Administer and interpret behavioral assessment tools, where applicable; Support managers in climate management, employee engagement, and team development; Monitor training metrics (participation, reaction, learning, and application); Ensure alignment of initiatives with organizational culture and purpose.
**Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology; Active registration with the Regional Psychology Council (CRP); Strong organizational skills for managing schedules, reports, and attendance records; Willingness to travel frequently between Lar units; Availability to work across all three shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), as scheduled and required by industrial operations; Valid and active Brazilian National Driver’s License, Category B.
**Desirable Qualifications (Preferred):** Knowledge of adult learning methodologies (andragogy); Experience in leadership training and development; Prior experience in an industrial environment is an advantage.
