Responsibilities * Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance department activities, ensuring proper operation of hotel facilities and equipment. • Lead and support the technical team, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards. • Design and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans. * Manage incidents and coordinate necessary interventions with suppliers and external companies. • Monitor inventory, materials, and the budget allocated to the department. • Ensure compliance with current legal regulations (occupational health and safety, legionella, electrical installations, etc.). * Collaborate with other hotel departments to optimize operations and guest satisfaction. * Prepare periodic reports on facility status and departmental performance. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar roles (Maintenance Manager or Head of Maintenance), preferably in the hospitality sector. . • Technical education in electricity, HVAC, plumbing, or related fields. * Solid knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance management, as well as technical facility systems (HVAC, hot water supply, electricity, plumbing, swimming pools, etc.). . • Leadership, organizational, and team planning capabilities.
