Job Summary: We are seeking an Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manager to lead strategic management, supervision, and continuous improvement of operational assets across multiple locations. Focus on continuous improvement, risk management, and performance analysis * Permanent * Full-time * Hybrid (28703, San Sebastian de los Reyes, Madrid, Spain) * A\-Operation and Maintenance **POSITION AND DEPARTMENT** * Reports to the General Director. * Responsible for and coordinates the O\&M department, managing personnel at each location where our assets are deployed: Soria, Ólvega, Aranda, Cuenca, Tarancón, Guadalajara, Móstoles. **FUNCTIONS, TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Strategic Management:** Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s overall objectives, focusing on efficiency, quality, and profitability of operational assets. * **Team Management:** Motivate staff, foster collaboration and teamwork, and promote a positive working environment. * **Operations Supervision:** Oversee activities related to the operation of operational assets, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. * **Resource Optimization:** Efficiently manage human, financial, and material resources to maximize productivity and minimize costs. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities for process improvement, implementing innovative changes and solutions to enhance efficiency and quality. * **Risk Management:** Assess and manage operational risks associated with assets, implementing preventive and/or contingency measures. * **Interdepartmental Coordination:** Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure effective integration and coordination of activities related to operational assets. * **Reporting and Analysis:** Prepare periodic reports on operational performance, analyzing key data to support informed and strategic decision-making. * Define, implement, coordinate, supervise, and manage both operations and corrective and predictive maintenance (plans), as well as maintenance schedules for facilities, to ensure their proper functioning and availability. Also coordinate and supervise work carried out either with in-house resources or subcontracted services on the company’s assets. * Coordinate and manage preparation and monitoring of budgets related to operation and maintenance activities. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Positive working environment * Salary: commensurate with candidate profile * Annual variable compensation: This non-consolidated, variable component will be earned based on achievement of annual objectives defined by the company. * Non-cash benefits: Company vehicle provided to the employee. Minimum one visit per month to each asset. * Contract type: Permanent, with a 6-month probationary period. * Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, 1742 hours/year * Schedule: Monday to Thursday — flexible start time between 7:30 and 9:00, 8.5 hours of effective work. Kristal. 28703 San Sebastián de los Reyes, Madrid. **PROFILE REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field aligned with position responsibilities. * Knowledge: Industrial installations, operation and maintenance, maintenance schedules, organization and management of assets and resources... * Experience: Minimum 5 years as O\&M Manager in industrial facilities. * Languages: English minimum B2\. * Software: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. CMMS/GMAOs.
