




We are looking to incorporate into our team a CAU and Microcomputer Technician for a client responsible for user support and resolution of incidents related to hardware, software, and systems. 100% in-person Tasks * Handling and resolution of first and second level incidents at the workstation. * Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment (computers, printers, peripherals, mobile devices, etc.). * Support for office tools and corporate applications. * Basic user administration in Active Directory (user creation, deletion, permissions). * Ticket management through support tools. * Escalation of incidents to higher levels when necessary. Requirements * Education in computer science (Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training, or equivalent). * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking. * Experience in corporate environments with a large number of users is desirable. * Communication skills, user orientation, and problem-solving ability.
