




Are you passionate about helping customers and solving technical challenges? We are looking for a support profile with experience in Salesforce (ideally holding the Salesforce Administrator ADM 201 certification) to assist our clients in using our EdTech platform and support other teams within the company. Responsibilities * Provide first-level technical support to B2B customers via email, chat, or video call. * Assist with technical issues reported by our students: missing data, frontend display errors, email problems, and common connectivity or browser issues. * Diagnose and resolve platform-related incidents. * Manage and maintain the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot). * Document tickets and interactions in Salesforce and Jira. * Escalate complex cases to the technical team when necessary. * Contribute to creating guides, tutorials, and support documentation. * Ensure clear and professional communication with each customer. * Provide support to the sales team and other departments such as Finance, Marketing, Technology, and most frequently, Customer Experience. * Assist in commercial strategy: generating recurring and ad hoc reports, and utilizing the company's backoffice tool. Requirements * Previous experience in customer service or technical support (B2B experience is a plus). * Solid knowledge of Salesforce. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to solve problems in a structured and proactive manner. * Advanced level of English and Spanish. **Desirable:** * Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201). * Experience in the EdTech or SaaS sector. * Solid knowledge of HubSpot. * Familiarity with e-learning integrations or tools (LMS, APIs, etc.). * Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or similar technical environments. * Basic knowledge of SQL.
