It is a multidisciplinary team aimed at best adapting to our clients’ needs. Thus, we bring together professionals from internal and external audit, business advisory, financial or IT risk, and consulting, with the goal of responding to clients in the fastest, most effective and tailored way possible. As a **Manager** in the **Technology Risk Assurance** team, you will lead strategic projects evaluating and strengthening technological controls within major national companies. You will work closely with Chief Technology Officers and their teams, ensuring effective risk management and contributing to the integrity of financial information. We are looking for a visionary leader who drives innovation and builds strong relationships in a dynamic environment. Your main **responsibilities** will include: * **Understanding the IT environment of the companies we audit**: Identify the technological platform (systems, applications, databases, etc.) related to corporate financial statements through interviews with technology department leaders and analysis of provided documentation. * **Validating existing controls**: Assess the design, implementation, and effectiveness of established controls to address risks in areas such as logical security, communications, application development, system operations (ITGCs), business processes and their applications (ITACs), etc. * **Perform automated testing**: Verify the operation, calculations, integrity, and consistency of specific business processes by simulating them using CAATs (Computer Assisted Auditing Techniques) and software tools such as ACL, IDEA, Alteryx, etc. * **Provide improvement recommendations**: Based on findings, advise clients on how to address weaknesses and enhance controls within their technology platforms. **What profile are we looking for?** **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MBA, or finance/business administration with a strong interest in technology. * At least 5 years of experience in IT audit / IT consulting. * Competency profile: Team-oriented, extroverted individual with strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
