We are in full expansion and aim to double our size within the next two years. What are we looking for? We are seeking a Commercial Advisor to drive growth in Barcelona. You will play a key role in identifying and meeting our customers' needs by offering customized solutions in fire safety systems and equipment. Your role will be essential in generating new business opportunities, retaining our clients, and achieving sales targets, while always ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements: **\- New client acquisition:** Focused on SMEs such as industrial warehouses, hotel chains, and restaurants. **\- Residential client acquisition:** Targeting property managers and end clients. **\- Industry experience:** Knowledge in fire protection or related sectors (HVAC, security services). **\- Portfolio management:** Maintain and strengthen commercial relationships with existing clients. **\- Analysis and solutions:** Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. **\- Commercial proposals:** Prepare competitive offers complying with quality standards and regulations. **\- Technical collaboration:** Work with technical teams to ensure correct implementation of products and services. **\- Sales targets:** Achieve and exceed established sales goals. **\- Continuous learning:** Stay updated on products, services, regulations, and industry trends. **\- Brand promotion:** Participate in trade fairs, events, and training sessions to promote our solutions. **\- Soft Skills:** Dynamism, self-management, customer commitment, quick response, and ambition.
