We are seeking a Data Engineering intern to join our Data & AI tribes, participating in innovative and collaborative projects focused on digital transformation and advanced data analytics. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support the development and maintenance of data pipelines using Big Data technologies (Spark, Hive, Kafka, HDFS, AWS, etc.). * Collaborate in process automation and integration of generative AI and machine learning solutions. * Participate in the implementation and validation of analytical models and preparation of datasets for exploitation. * Document processes, workflows, and results, ensuring data traceability and quality. * Contribute to innovation projects, such as pilots for new products or advanced analytics (prediction, optimization, pattern recognition). * Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary profiles within the Data & Analytics tribes. * Support data visualization and dashboard creation using tools such as Power BI. * Stay updated on emerging data technologies and methodologies. **EDUCATION AND REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE** **Currently enrolled or recently completed** undergraduate or master's studies in STEM fields (Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering, etc.). **Programming knowledge** in Python (C++, MATLAB, SQL are desirable). **Experience or interest** in Big Data technologies: AWS, Spark, Hive, MongoDB, NiFi, Kafka, HDFS. **Ability to work with visualization tools** such as Power BI or Tableau. **Desirable:** * Participation in projects, hackathons, or data competitions. * Prior internship experience related to data science, data engineering, or software development. * Knowledge in automation, generative AI, and machine learning techniques.
