Both units have teams and operations in both the Europe HUB (BBVA SA) and the Americas HUB (BBVA Technology América), so processes and ways of working must be aligned and efforts coordinated. **About the job:** * Compliance with agreed processes for I\&O and Architecture in both the Europe and Americas HUBs * Ensure coordinated execution between both units and HUBs * Monitoring of operational KPIs for both units and HUBs * Financial consolidation of both HUBs by unit * Collaboration in budgeting for both units and HUBs * Interaction with different multidisciplinary teams (Infrastructure and Operations, Architecture, Finances Engineering, Strategy \& Control,...) and across multiple geographies **Skills:** Budgeting, Budget Management, Conflict Management, Decision Making, English Language, Finance, Finance Analytics, Global Engineering, Google Sites, Interpersonal Communication, Monthly Reporting, Self Reliance, Teamwork
