Our restaurant, located in the historic center of Alcalá de Henares, seeks to welcome a professional Chef with a passion for gastronomy and enthusiasm to join a solid, forward-looking project. You will work side by side with renowned chef Alfonso Sanz, an award-winning chef honored at various gastronomic competitions, in an environment where creativity and excellence are part of everyday life. Requirements: Proven experience in professional cooking. Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points). Organized, responsible individual with a proactive attitude. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high quality standards. Permanent full-time contract (40 hours per week). Two consecutive days off.
