We are seeking a **DevSecOps Specialist** with extensive experience integrating security into the development lifecycle (CI/CD), to join a strategic project in the Defense sector. The role requires full on-site presence in **Aranjuez**, with availability to travel to **Torrejón** as required by the shared service needs. The selected professional will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing secure, cloud\-native, and automated pipelines and platforms, applying principles of **Platform Engineering** and **Zero Trust** models. Additionally, they will play a key role in defining security policies, observability, and incident response, providing technical leadership and promoting a security-first culture within development teams. A dynamic environment where technology, operational excellence, and responsibility converge to build critical and sustainable solutions. REQUIREMENTS **Technical Requirements:** **Essential:** * More than 3 years of experience in DevOps or SecDevOps. * Proficiency with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, ArgoCD. * Pipeline security: Trivy, SonarQube, OWASP ZAP, Checkmarx, FALCO, OPA, or similar. * Artifact and container management: Harbor, Nexus, Git, Helm Charts. * Administration and security in Kubernetes or OpenShift. * Observability and monitoring with Prometheus, Grafana, Graylog, Beats, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana (ELK) or equivalents. * Experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Ansible. * Cloud security experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP). * Programming and automation skills in Python, Bash, or Go. * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience. **Desirable:** * Advanced Kubernetes security. * Implementation of Zero Trust models. * Certifications: CKA, CKS, OSCP, or CISSP. * Experience in technical leadership and mentoring teams. * Strategic ability for continuous improvement in DevSecOps environments.
