Job Summary: VIARIUM is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead installation projects, assuming full responsibility for their planning, definition, and execution while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction. Your Mission You will join the Design Department, leading one or several installation projects, with full responsibility for their planning, definition, and overall execution. You will serve as the technical and managerial reference, ensuring that projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and client expectations. What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like? Your responsibilities will include: * Technical Management: o Define project scope and quality standards. o Organize and coordinate project development, proposing efficient alternatives and solutions. o Resolve technical issues and ensure proper project execution in collaboration with the team. * Planning Management: o Develop detailed plans for assigned projects. o Size and optimize human and material resources. o Monitor deviations and ensure on-time delivery. * Client Management: o Maintain smooth and empathetic communication with the client. o Persuade the client regarding additional charges, negotiate delays, or resolve incidents. o Position yourself as the key point of contact within the project, building trust and satisfaction. * Communication: o Report issues and progress to department heads. o Understand client needs and convey them to the team to achieve objectives. o Deliver presentations to clients. * Flexibility and Leadership: o Adapt your role according to project type (architecture, civil works, or installations). o Collaborate and coordinate with diverse teams, aligning strategies with company guidelines. What Are We Looking For? * Industrial Engineer with at least 7 years of experience. * Proven experience managing large-scale, technically complex installation projects. * Ability to manage end-to-end projects, covering technical management, client management, and planning. * Availability to work onsite in Las Rozas. What Do We Offer? * Permanent contract. * Intensive working schedule from June 15 to September 15, Monday to Friday (based on a standard schedule of 08:00–15:00\) * Regular working schedule for the rest of the year, Monday to Thursday (based on a standard schedule of 08:30–18:00, and Fridays from 08:30–15:00\).
