Main responsibilities: Reporting directly to the Partner in charge of the department, your main responsibilities will include direct client contact on matters related to your area of responsibility, with the following key functions: * Advise companies and individuals on tax legislation and tax obligations. * Conduct tax analysis and planning to optimize tax burden. * Prepare and file tax returns and other procedures before tax authorities. * Stay updated on changes in tax regulations and communicate them to clients. * Identify tax opportunities and benefits for clients. * Provide support during tax audits and resolution of tax disputes. * Perform tax feasibility analyses for investment or restructuring projects. * Provide advice on international transactions and tax treaties. * Collaborate with other professionals such as lawyers or accountants on complex tax matters. Candidate profile: Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in similar roles within advisory firms, a university degree, specialized knowledge of tax legislation, and proven experience in tax advisory and case management. Postgraduate studies will be valued. Additionally, candidates should have: * Solid knowledge of tax law and current tax legislation. * Ability to interpret and apply tax regulations to different situations. * Capacity to effectively perform tax analysis and planning. * Strong communication skills to clearly convey tax information in an understandable manner. * Client-oriented mindset and ability to build strong client relationships. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases. * Skill in handling confidential and sensitive information. * Familiarity with tools and software used in tax management.
