Are you a passionate Tool Expert – Integration \& Doc\-as\-Code (SOFTWARE ARCHITECT)? We have an exciting opportunity to lead and empower a multicultural team. Core Responsibilities: \* Design and improve doc\-as\-code workflows and maintain Sphinx\-Needs extensions, contributing upstream to restore compatibility with latest releases. \* Design and operate an integration layer that connects various MBSE tools (e.g., DNG, Rhapsody) via APIs and ReqIF, enabling traceability and synchronization across engineering artifacts. \* Drive the evolution of docs\-as\-code workflows to seamlessly integrate MBSE artifacts, enabling traceable, model\-aligned documentation. \* Maintain an inner\-source starter project for Sphinx\-Needs configuration in MB context, including templates, training materials, and community support. \* Coordinate merge requests with open\-source projects and foster an internal doc\-as\-code community. Required Experience: \* Several years in tool and process development, ideally in regulated environments. \* Strong Python skills; experience with REST APIs, data formats (ReqIF, JSON, XML, YAML), and Bash scripting. \* Familiarity with automotive processes (ASPICE, SAFe) and safety\-critical standards (ISO 26262\). \* Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluency in English.
