Description
The nursing assistant plays a fundamental role in healthcare, providing direct support to patients and nursing staff across various care settings. Their duties include assisting with activities of daily living, ensuring the well-being and comfort of those under care. This position requires meticulous attention to established protocols to guarantee quality and safety in care delivery.
Responsibilities range from administering medications under supervision to supporting common areas, thereby facilitating a safe and welcoming environment. Supervision during meals is another critical task, ensuring patients receive appropriate nutrition according to their individual needs. The role involves close collaboration with other healthcare professionals to implement established care plans.
Additionally, the assistant contributes to maintaining a clean and organized environment by participating in cleaning and tidying tasks within work areas. Basic documentation of performed activities is also part of the responsibilities, supporting continuous recording of patient progress. Collectively, these tasks aim to optimize the efficiency of the care team and enhance the overall patient experience during their stay or treatment.
The position offers a gross hourly wage of 9.94 euros. The contract is for temporary replacement coverage, with an initial planned duration of one month. The scheduled working hours are during the afternoon shift, from 16:00 to 21:00. Necessary resources will be provided to perform duties within an organized and collaborative work environment.
Candidates must hold the official qualification of Technical Assistant in Nursing Care, corresponding to a Medium-Level Vocational Training qualification. At least one year of demonstrable practical experience in a healthcare or dependent-person care setting is mandatory. Applicants must demonstrate solid knowledge of nursing assistant responsibilities, including hygiene protocols and basic medication administration.
