Currently, **Sacyr Engineering and Infrastructure** is seeking a Construction Site Manager based in Madrid. **Job functions and responsibilities:** * Managing production and monitoring work execution on site. * Planning, managing, and supervising on-site resources. * Achieving established project goals: optimizing economic results and ensuring customer satisfaction regarding quality and deadlines. * Collaboration in implementing health and safety, quality, and environmental policies. **We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements and competencies:** * University degree: Technical Engineer in Public Works, Architectural Technician, or similar. * Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction production within building projects. * National geographic mobility. * Professional certifications and postgraduate studies related to the field will be positively valued.
