Our ambition is to deliver long-term value to our clients, our team of professionals, and society as the world’s most recognized professional services firm. **What are we looking for?** Currently, we are seeking to add a Manager to our Finance Consulting team in Madrid or Barcelona, with over 7 years of consulting experience, including the last 3 to 4 years focused on national and international projects related to Finance Function Transformation driven by Data & AI. **Key responsibilities will include:** * Managing Finance Transformation projects where AI plays a key role: + Defining the AI value/ROI agenda for the Finance Function from multiple perspectives: value, innovation, processes, organization, information systems & data. + Designing and reengineering end-to-end financial processes aimed at improving effectiveness (value agenda), efficiency, and control, leveraging AI and other emerging technologies. + Designing and implementing Data & Analytics Centers of Excellence (CoEs). + Designing and implementing data models for the finance function. + Digital Finance – Transforming the Finance Function through an integrated digitalization approach using new technologies and ways of working, including AI at all maturity levels (traditional AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI), combined with 'traditional' finance technologies. + Data governance and AI governance frameworks. + People strategy to effectively adopt AI within the Finance Function. + Supporting/advising on implementation and change management through Finance Transformation Offices and PMOs. * Leading interactions with CFOs, their direct reports, and CDOs. * Driving innovation and developing new technologies and use cases that deliver value to the Finance Function. * Business development. * Leading the approach, management, and preparation of commercial proposals. * Leading teams and serving as a reference and mentor for managers and consultants. **Requirements:** * We are looking for proactive, innovative professionals eager to engage in developing new solutions that accelerate our clients’ transformation processes. Ability to understand market trends, EY assets, and build solutions for the Spanish market, coordinated with our Data & AI center and its 100+ professionals. * Minimum of 7 years of prior experience in similar roles managing programs in the areas mentioned above: + Diagnosis and transformation of the Finance area. + Optimization and improvement of financial processes using technology (PTP, OTC, RTR…) + Design and implementation of AI models for finance: traditional AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI. + Value office within the transformation office focused on AI and other finance technologies. * Essential skills in project management, team leadership, communication, and customer orientation, with experience collaborating in multidisciplinary environments. * High-level communication skills, experienced professionals accustomed to interacting with CFOs, CTOs, CDOs, and other members of executive committees. * Advanced English proficiency (C1). * International project experience will be positively valued. * Knowledge and experience with key finance technologies and how they are enhanced by AI—such as SAP S4/Hana FI-CO/PA, SAC, Blackline, Celonis, Power BI, OneStream, Kyriba, XRT, AI, among others—is advantageous. **What we offer:** * Continuous learning: You will develop the mindset and skills to face new challenges. * AI as the engine of the consulting profession: EY is a leader in investment in AI applied to internal business processes.
