Additionally, you will contribute to implementing comprehensive employer branding strategies, ensuring an efficient and effective hiring process. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Personnel Requirements Analysis:** Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Specialists (TAs), HR Business Partners (HRBPs), and department leaders to understand staffing needs and ensure job requirements are clearly communicated to candidates. * **Recruitment Strategies:** Execute effective strategies to attract qualified candidates using diverse sources such as social media, job fairs, and specialized job boards. * **Selection and Evaluation:** Collaborate in conducting interviews and assessments to determine candidate suitability, supporting the coordination of relevant tests according to vacancy specifications. * **Reporting and Analytics:** Collaborate and support the preparation of reports on hiring process performance and use data to continuously improve outcomes. * **Employer Branding:** Contribute to developing an attractive employer brand by participating in job fairs and forums, and collaborating on campaigns that highlight the values and benefits of working with us. * **Tools and Technology Usage:** Utilize advanced search tools and recruitment platforms, maintaining rigor in managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). **Why Join Us?** At Leroy Merlin, we have a purpose that gives meaning to who we are and everything we do — a guiding principle reflecting our commitment to you and to the planet.
