To strengthen our Regulation and Control Division (Smart Buildings – Intelligent Buildings), we are recruiting BMS Automation and Control Technicians whose primary mission will be the installation, planning, and execution of automation projects in large-scale industrial facilities and top-tier buildings (logistics centers, banks, headquarters of major corporations, etc.). **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Install, configure, and commission automation control systems in facilities and buildings. * Supervise connection points of BMS system devices. * Configure and program controllers and system devices. * Implement the Management System (Metasys), ensuring effective integration with the building’s existing infrastructure. * Create SCADA visualization interfaces for system control. * Verify communication between devices and integration with other building systems. * Conduct functional and performance testing to confirm proper operation of the BMS, identifying and resolving any issues or deviations. * Provide technical training and support to customers and end users to ensure appropriate operation and maintenance of BMS systems. **What Profile Do We Require?** Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Automation, Electronics, Electromechanics, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in BMS or building automation systems. Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and access control systems integrated into BMS. Experience reading and interpreting electrical schematics and control diagrams. Familiarity with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and KNX is considered a strong asset. Training in Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) – 60 hours, Preventive Resource Officer, is desirable. Willingness and ability to travel within the assigned geographic area.
