Position Summary: We are seeking staff to provide nighttime attention and care for residents in a geriatric center, including monitoring their health status and reporting any incidents. Teamwork and motivation for caregiving We are seeking staff to attend to residents at a geriatric center in Siero (Asturias). Responsibilities include monitoring residents' conditions, assisting and caring for them during the nighttime shift, reporting any health-related incidents, and performing other duties inherent to the position. **The following qualifications are required:** Vocational Training Certificate Level 2 in Nursing Assistant Care, Vocational Training Certificate Level 2 in Care for Dependent Persons, or the Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions (or equivalent qualifications). Personal transportation is also required to reach the center in Bobes\-Siero. Organizational skills and motivation to work with elderly people are valued. A permanent contract is offered, with full-time hours on a nighttime schedule from Monday to Thursday. An initial training period will be conducted during daytime hours to familiarize new staff with the residents. Salary and other conditions comply with the Eighth National Collective Agreement for Care of Dependent Persons.
