For your plant in Cabanillas del Campo, Guadalajara, we are seeking an Industrial Electromechanic. If you are passionate about the industrial sector and have experience in mechanical maintenance, automation, or robotics, this opportunity is ideal for you. We are looking for someone with education in Automation, Industrial Robotics, Maintenance, or related fields, and at least two years of practical experience in industrial maintenance, especially in the mechanical area. Key responsibilities include performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment, diagnosing and repairing faults in mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, and collaborating on the installation and commissioning of new equipment. You will also participate in technical adjustments to ensure optimal production line performance, supervise automated and robotic systems, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Immediate availability is required, as well as the ability to work rotating MTN shifts, Monday through Sunday, with corresponding rest days. Knowledge of interpreting technical drawings and manuals, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team within a dynamic environment, will be valued. A proactive, problem-solving attitude, together with a strong commitment to safety, is essential.
