The success of our team is built on innovative solutions and close collaboration with our customers. **WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT** ------------------------- * Verify correct operation of tools and equipment in the waste warehouse. * Operate equipment, ensuring proper startup and shutdown procedures. * Report any incidents occurring during work. * Receive hazardous and non-hazardous waste, as well as packaging waste. * Check delivered goods and their labeling. * Take samples for control and analysis when necessary. * Place waste in its designated location. * Prepare shipments for waste dispatch (labeling, packaging, palletizing, stretch-wrapping or strapping). * Handle chemical products correctly, using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. * Waste storage. * Prepare waste for external/internal dispatch. * Load waste onto corresponding trucks. * Move IBCs for loading and unloading across different process stages. * Empty IBCs using pumps. * Move auxiliary materials required for the operation of the wastewater treatment plant. * Remove waste from the treatment plant to management zones. * Operational control of the wastewater treatment plant. * Collect wastewater samples. **WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU** ---------------------------- * High school diploma, vocational training level 2 (FP2), or higher vocational training degree in Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Plant Operator, Logistics and Transport, or equivalent academic qualification. * Prior experience in warehouses, industrial sector, waste management, wastewater treatment, and handling of chemical substances. * Mandatory experience operating retractable and front-end forklifts (a forklift handling test will be conducted to assess candidate skills). * Knowledge of office software and SAP at user level is desirable. * Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **WHAT WE OFFER** -------------------- * Continuous training and professional development through our internal vacancies. * A safe environment where we promote your health. * Subsidized cafeteria on-site. * Free company bus service between Alcalá\-Marchamalo. * Competitive remuneration package including a base salary plus performance-based variable pay. * Connect outside the office and practice sports with colleagues via Company Groups. * Flexible compensation that you may voluntarily allocate to transportation, training, childcare, etc. * Financial support for schooling and other family-oriented measures. **HOW TO APPLY** --------------------------------- Submit your CV via this job posting so we can get to know you.
