The schedule is part-time with a temporary contract, focused on daily tasks within a logistics center. The job involves receiving and organizing incoming parcels, first performing an initial separation by destination and inspecting their condition. Subsequently, parcels are sorted in greater detail according to their assigned delivery route. A key responsibility is wrapping orders in plastic stretch film to protect them during transit. Another critical task is scanning all shipments to register tracking information in the system and monitor the location of each package. Once prepared and scanned, parcels must be carefully loaded into vans or trucks, optimizing available space. The pace is fast, and work is conducted collaboratively within the supply chain. Attention to detail is essential to avoid misrouting packages. The role is physically demanding, requiring standing, movement throughout the warehouse, and handling parcels of varying sizes and weights. The goal is to ensure daily operations proceed efficiently, swiftly, and accurately. One year of prior experience in a similar warehouse assistant role is required. Candidates must reside near the workplace location to facilitate immediate onboarding. Possession of a forklift operator’s license and practical experience operating such equipment will be considered a strong advantage. The position requires immediate start.
