Position Summary: We are seeking a Head of Railway Technical Assistance Unit for railway construction projects in Oviedo, leading a team of 5 people responsible for construction execution control. Focused on railway safety and signaling A Head of Railway Technical Assistance Unit for railway construction in Oviedo is required, who will be responsible for a team of 5 people tasked with controlling the execution of railway construction works. * University degree at MECES Level 3 or EQF Level 7, enabling acquisition of competencies and knowledge required for the organization and execution of railway construction works, such as — illustratively and without exclusivity or exhaustiveness — Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports) or equivalent. * Over 10 years’ experience in site offices, including at least 2 years in the railway sector on construction projects and railway works with a strong emphasis on safety and signaling installations, as well as monitoring quality and environmental requirements. * Full-time dedication.
