We are seeking a candidate with experience in databases, BI, and reporting to participate in transformation and advanced analytics projects within a high-level corporate environment. **Conditions** --------------- * Permanent contract * Work location: León (city center) * Work modality: Hybrid – up to 40% remote work * Working hours: Full-time * Salary: Based on professional experience: €35,000–40,000 **Your Responsibilities** ------------- * Design, management, and optimization of relational databases * Development and maintenance of dashboards and KPI indicators * Creation of executive reporting and analytical insights for management * Participation in digital transformation and data analysis projects * Information and ETL process modeling * Project tracking and coordination of technological initiatives * Communication and collaboration with various teams and business areas * Continuous improvement of processes and data quality REQUIREMENTS **Mandatory** ------------------ * Over 4 years of experience in databases, reporting, and BI * Experience with SQL, Oracle and/or MySQL * Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or SAP BO * Experience in data analysis and dashboard development * Knowledge of agile and/or traditional methodologies (Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) * Analytical capability and results orientation * Experience in complex corporate environments * Technical university degree related to IT, data, or engineering **Desirable** ------------ * Experience in sectors such as defense, telecommunications, energy, banking, or transportation * Knowledge of ETL processes and advanced data modeling * Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously * Strong communication skills when interacting with business stakeholders and management **Digital Group** We are a team of over 100 technology professionals, offering stable projects with leading national and international clients, developing solutions in Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Cybersecurity, etc. We commit to supporting you throughout every project phase to ensure your professional growth alongside us and that your contribution truly matters. * **Want to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and take on new challenges?
