Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile and experienced construction machinery operator to safely and efficiently operate construction equipment on building projects. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a versatile and experienced construction machinery operator to join our team in Algadefe. The selected candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of construction machinery, primarily backhoe loaders, multi-purpose shovels, and construction dump trucks, participating in various construction and earthmoving projects in the area. Main Responsibilities: * Operation and handling of backhoe loader, multi-purpose shovel, and dump truck as required by the project. * Performing excavation, trenching, land grading, material loading, and debris removal. * Safe transportation and movement of materials within the construction site using the dump truck. * Basic preventive maintenance of assigned machinery (fluid level checks, lubrication, cleaning, and identification of potential malfunctions). * Strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations when operating heavy machinery. * Required Qualifications: * Proven experience (minimum 2\-3 years) operating the three specified machines (backhoe loader, multi-purpose shovel, and dump truck). * Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) training: Valid 20-hour course specifically for earthmoving machinery operators. * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for commuting to the workplace or job sites. * Responsible, serious, punctual individual capable of working effectively within a small, dynamic team. * What We Offer: * Stable full-time employment contract. * Immediate incorporation into a reputable local company. * Positive work environment and professional stability.
