Collaboration on infrastructure improvement projects ### **General information** Office Madrid Country Spain Date Published 10\-Mar\-2026 Ref \# 2362 Area IT and Information Systems Type of Presence Hybrid ### **Description \& Requirements** **The JAKALA Iberia team continues to grow**, and we want to welcome an IT intern to join our Madrid office team. **What are we looking for?** **Responsibilities** + Provide user assistance and technical support (in-person and remote). + Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment. + Manage and resolve incidents using a ticketing system. + Administer the IT hardware inventory. + Support network and system management and maintenance. + Document technical procedures and best practices. + Collaborate on technological infrastructure improvement projects. + Manage IT-related parcel delivery and logistics. * **Minimum requirements** * + Vocational training in Computer Science or related field. + Intermediate English level (communication ability). + Basic knowledge of networks and operating systems. + Familiarity with Microsoft environments: **Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, Exchange**. + Proactivity and problem-solving skills. + Strong communication and user-interaction skills. **What we offer** * Hybrid office attendance model. * Three weeks per year of fully remote work. * Soft skills training. * Language training. **Company Overview** We are an ecosystem designed to bring together talent and innovative solutions to drive value for organizations, individuals, and society.
