We are currently looking to **hire** a **Building Construction Production Manager** in **Estepona, Málaga**, who shares our commitment to **quality, responsibility, and excellent service.** **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Control and supervise production lines throughout the entire construction process: conducting daily progress reviews and identifying potential incidents or schedule delays. * Perform measurements and supervise subcontractors' measurements. * Coordinate and supervise human, technical, and material resources on site. * Manage and organize materials and auxiliary resources required for proper site operation. * Collaborate in monitoring prevention, quality, and environmental policies. * Support the Contract Manager in achieving the project’s defined objectives: optimizing economic performance and ensuring client satisfaction regarding quality and deadlines. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * University degree: Technical Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering, etc. * At least 4 years’ experience as a Production Manager. * National and international geographic mobility. * Professional certifications and postgraduate qualifications in related fields will be positively valued.
