The values guiding us toward excellence are collaboration, innovation, commitment, fun, and trust. **What do we value?** * **4\+ years of experience in C\#** development and .NET. * Knowledge of **ASP.NET Core / ASP.NET** (MVC, WebAPI) and **REST APIs / SOAP services / microservices**. * Experience with **relational databases** (Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and **NoSQL** (MongoDB, Redis). * Proficiency in **JSON, XML**, and best practices for **scalable and maintainable code**. * Application of **design patterns** (DDD, SOLID) and industry standards. * Experience with **unit and integration testing, code coverage, and mocking**. * Experience with **version control** (Git) and **CI/CD tools**. * Capacity for **continuous learning**, teamwork, and mentoring. * Experience working with **agile methodologies**, and ownership of services across their entire lifecycle. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Design, develop, and maintain **web applications** in .NET. * Collaborate with teams of developers, architects, DevOps, and business stakeholders. * Propose and implement **technical solutions to complex problems**, and optimize existing solutions. * Apply best practices for scalability, stability, quality, and accountability. * Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute ideas to improve products and services. * Actively participate in projects with varied architectures, tailoring solutions to each case.
