What will your responsibilities be? * Cleaning and preparing rooms according to our quality standards: making beds, changing sheets and towels, cleaning bathrooms, floors, furniture, and surfaces. * Restocking amenities and necessary supplies (soaps, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.). * Responsible use of chemical products and cleaning materials, complying with safety and hygiene regulations. * Room inspection and reporting any incidents (breakdowns, forgotten items, damages...). * Adherence to assigned cleaning times and organizational procedures as established. * Maintenance of the cleaning cart and common areas in optimal condition. * Collaboration with colleagues to provide excellent guest service.
