We have a highly qualified and committed team that works daily to uphold the highest quality standards across all our establishments. ### **About the Position: Second Kitchen Chef** We seek a professional with a solid track record and a minimum of **2 years of experience** in similar roles, preferably in hotels or high-volume foodservice establishments. The ideal candidate will serve as the Executive Chef’s right hand, actively participating in the planning, organization, and supervision of all daily kitchen department operations. REQUIREMENTS ### **Essential Requirements:** * Vocational Training (FP) in Culinary Arts and Gastronomy or equivalent qualification in Hospitality. * Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years as Second Kitchen Chef or in a role of similar responsibility. * Solid knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen management, and menu planning. * Experience in team management and leadership. * Knowledge of and adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP). * Ability to work under pressure and in high-demand environments. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Flexible working hours and availability for rotating shifts. ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Specific experience in hotels offering buffet service. * Language skills (English or other languages). * Experience in cost control and inventory management. * Additional training in food safety or hotel management.
