If you are interested in participating in the selection process and wish to join this team and accompany us in this great challenge, do not hesitate to apply. **Job Description** Coordinating the maintenance team, you will be responsible for all activities related to industrial maintenance (corrective, preventive, and predictive). * Asset management, including: + Developing and controlling execution of the maintenance plan (ensuring and reporting KPIs). + Ensuring availability and capacity of production lines required to meet targets set by company management. + Managing and optimizing the maintenance budget, including expenditure control in the maintenance area. + Managing various warehouses. Ensuring proper functioning of spare parts inventory. + Implementing and monitoring maintenance procedures to standardize service delivery. + Ensuring proper management of maintenance-related documentation (correct use of the Document Management System). + Promoting timely continuous improvement actions to achieve objectives. * Human resource management and coordination. * Ensuring compliance with internal occupational health and safety regulations in the maintenance area. **Requirements** We seek a candidate with team management skills; therefore, experience as a coordinator is required.
