Compliance Manager

Your Tasks * Provide legal and strategic advice on Compliance matters, with a particular focus on data protection, whistleblowing, anti\-corruption, and ESG topics, as well as support on related regulatory areas. * Conduct compliance and data protection risk assessments, ensuring that projects and business processes comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements. * Manage internal investigations and whistleblowing cases, coordinating remediation and corrective actions with relevant stakeholders across the organization. * Advise on anti\-corruption risks, third\-party due diligence processes, and the design and implementation of related compliance controls. * Provide legal analysis and support to business units on ESG\-related matters and other regulatory compliance obligations. * Support the development and continuous improvement of the Group Compliance Management System, including policies, controls, reporting, training, and awareness initiatives to strengthen the organization's compliance culture.
