Continuous training and growth opportunities **Description:** ---------------- We are recruiting candidates for the position of Development, Processes, and Assembly Route Engineer at our Aerotecnic Metallic plant (Seville). The selected candidate will support the assembly area and perform the following tasks: * Support production in daily operations with the objective of improving quality and performance. * Definition of equipment installation processes. * Definition of tooling, tools, and auxiliary elements. * Preparation of assembly routes. * Preparation of process and product work instructions (WIs). * Collaboration in preparing customer audits and certification processes. **What We Offer:** Join a dynamic, flexible, and highly qualified company focused on the integrated management of aircraft structural manufacturing, as part of an expert team committed to competitiveness through innovation. * Flexible working hours with remote work options * Stable employment * Positive work environment * Continuous training * Professional recognition and growth opportunities * Flexible compensation. **Requirements:** --------------- **What Profile Are We Seeking?** * **Education:** Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) or Technical Engineering degree; experience in aerospace assembly and equipment installation environments is especially valued. * **Experience:** Minimum 3 years performing similar functions in the aerospace sector. * **Technical Knowledge:** * Experience in aerospace equipment installation. * Generation of work instructions, drawings, and technical documentation related to assembly. * Familiarity with aerospace documentation and process regulations (I\+D\-P, AIPS, NE, etc.). * Experience in aerospace assembly processes and tools: drilling, countersinking, riveting, sealant application, bushing and bearing assembly, nut installation, among others. * Knowledge of aerospace assembly certifications. * **Languages:** English B2\. * **Computer Tools:** Advanced proficiency in EXCEL, CATIA, and SAP (MM module).
