Let's grow together! **Your Impact** -------------- **We rely on our sales associate agents to:** * Provide excellent customer service, from offering a warm welcome to ensuring an efficient checkout process * Help customers perform at their best by providing clothing and footwear that best suit their needs * Share your knowledge and enthusiasm about our products and promote UA's rewards program * Restock, maintain proper store presentation, and keep the store clean * Work in both sales areas and the stockroom as needed, including point-of-sale and cashier duties * Serve customers across all our channels, including our digital experiences * Demonstrate collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team * Be able to work in deadline-driven, high-paced environments * Earn customer loyalty by informing them about our rewards programs * Take responsibility for personal development and leverage growth opportunities to improve performance * Respond to omnichannel requests according to UA procedures and policies through a digital experience * Work scheduled hours in accordance with Under Armour's attendance policy * Perform any other tasks assigned by your supervisor **Qualifications** ------------------ **To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:** * Be at least 18 years old or 16 years old with parental or legal guardian permission * Be able to move around the sales floor, stockroom, and office, and capable of lifting items up to 12 kg * Speak fluently the local language of the store location.
