We are looking to hire a **Residence Director** for our new residence located in Camas\-Sevilla. Responsibilities: * Ensure implementation of operational plans, guaranteeing proper functioning of facilities and services. * Participate in inspections, audits, and meetings with partner entities. * Supervise and promote continuous training of the team. * Manage commercial, logistical, and technical resources, optimizing each center’s resources and supporting teams in daily management. * Budgetary control, KPI analysis, definition of corrective and improvement measures, ensuring compliance with the allocated budget. * Motivate staff and foster a positive working environment. * Apply basic knowledge of public tenders, regulatory interpretation, staffing ratios, and current sector legislation. * Ensure compliance with current socio-healthcare regulations. Requirements: * University degree in the social sciences field. * Minimum verifiable experience managing socio-healthcare centers or similar facilities. * A Master’s degree in Management and Direction of Geriatric Residences is desirable.
