**Job Responsibilities:** ------------------------- **Technical matters:** * Direct and lead all aspects of a construction project from start to handover to the Purchasing Department. * Control of execution and costs (civil works, installations and equipment). **Team relationship management:** Management of site personnel (completing work reports for operators) **PRL management:** Proper use of PPE and ensuring regulatory compliance. **COMPETENCIES:** * Corporate identity. * Customer orientation. * Teamwork. * Organization, rigor and quality. **Requirements:** --------------- **Education:** Draftsman or Higher Technician in Building Projects. **Additional training**: Knowledge of Office suite, Autocad, Presto, PRL course (60 hours). **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in the required position.
