We are seeking a **Measurement and Budgeting Technician** to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting technical site visits, taking necessary measurements for bathroom and kitchen renovation projects, preparing corresponding budgets, and monitoring construction work until completion—ensuring proper execution of works and client satisfaction. **Main responsibilities:** * Conduct technical site visits to residential properties for measurement collection. * Advise clients on possible renovation solutions. * Prepare detailed budgets for bathroom and kitchen renovations. * Coordinate and monitor construction works, verifying timelines, quality, and compliance with specifications. * Maintain smooth communication with clients, suppliers, and workers. * Resolve any issues arising during construction execution. * Perform control and closure of completed works. Experience: * Measurement, budgeting, or construction management for renovation projects: 1 year (Mandatory) * Proficiency in Presto software for budget preparation: 1 year (Mandatory) Work location: On-site employment
