The objective is to act as the functional and technical reference for complex billing, measurement, and stabilization processes within the Large B2B environment, leading incident analysis, coordination of cross-functional activities, definition of solutions, and expert support on critical platforms such as FENIX, Ágora, and corporate billing systems. ### **Your responsibilities will include** * Coordinating the functional and operational stabilization of FENIX. * Analyzing movements, statuses, processes, and systemic failures. * Designing and performing complex functional analyses. * Defining solutions for business and system incidents. * Leading coordination among Back Office, DSI, Business, and key users. * Managing critical incidents until definitive resolution. * Monitoring technological developments. * Participating in functional testing and system validations. * Providing expert support for B2B billing processes. * Coordinating activities related to Ágora products. * Developing proposals for improvement and automation. * Preparing functional documentation and procedures. * Identifying operational risks and proposing mitigation plans. * Acting as the functional knowledge reference within the service. ### **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B energy billing. * Experience in Utilities environments. * Experience managing complex incidents. * Experience in system implementation or stabilization. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams. * In-depth knowledge of the energy commercial cycle processes. ### **What we offer** * Join an established corporate group with national and international presence. * Permanent contract. * 100% remote work mode. * Possibility to be assigned to offices in Sevilla, Barcelona, or Madrid. * Excellent working environment.
