We communicate our clients' security challenges to our operational teams to ensure customized responses aligned with each client's specific needs. We adapt Telefónica Tech’s services to client requirements by developing tailored dashboards and reports that allow CISOs and security managers to monitor day-to-day cybersecurity activities. We advise client security departments on our services, experiences, and broad cybersecurity perspective. **WHAT WILL YOUR DAY-TO-DAY LOOK LIKE?** Your main responsibility will be managing all SOC operations at the client site. Your day-to-day responsibilities: * Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients regarding contracted cybersecurity services. * Manage one or more cybersecurity service contracts from a budgetary perspective and by monitoring key milestones. * Lead and coordinate work teams fully or partially dedicated to assigned clients. * Provide advisory and consulting services on cybersecurity topics to clients. * Liaise with commercial departments, business development teams, suppliers, and manufacturers involved with assigned clients. * Serve as technical escalation point and coordinate incident response for client security events. * **AND FOR THIS, WE BELIEVE IT WOULD BE IDEAL IF YOU HAVE…** **Experience** +5 years in IT security and management * **Education** Required: * Must hold a degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering. Professional certifications in cybersecurity are valued, along with proven experience of at least 5 years in project management or leading information security projects. * Documentation validating this experience must be submitted within fifteen days following contract formalization.
