Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil Construction Site Manager to lead and supervise railway projects, managing teams, resources, and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise the planning and execution of the construction project. 2. Manage and align client expectations with the actual conditions on site. 3. For new projects in the Railway sector, we require a **CIVIL CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER** in **Seville**. **Responsibilities** * Lead and supervise the planning and execution of the construction project. * Define objectives, deadlines, and required resources to meet project goals. * Maintain smooth communication with the client, architects, and other professionals involved. * Manage and align client expectations with the actual conditions on site. * Supervise and coordinate on-site work teams. * Manage resources (materials, labor) and control costs to stay within budget. * Verify that work is carried out according to established quality standards. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site. * Promote sustainable practices and minimize environmental impact. * Verify the quality of completed work and approve deliveries upon project completion. **Requirements** * Civil engineer / highways engineer or equivalent. * 8 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager. * Experience in the railway sector. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto. **Competencies** * Project management skills. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Location** * Seville **Offer** * Immediate start * Permanent contract * Opportunity to join the company * Salary commensurate with experience
