Job Responsibilities: * Your primary mission will be planning, managing, and overseeing service operations within your area of responsibility—including, above all, ensuring the safety of all our teams at all times. * Manage a team of expert technicians. * Supervise their performance and ensure appropriate customer service, promoting our services through sound advisory support. * Serve as the key contact in your region for operational and technical services contracted by our customers. * Be responsible for maintenance operational costs, as well as revenue from service calls and repair-related sales within your assigned area.
