We Are Looking For YOUR NEW ROLE: We are looking for an Agentic AI Tech Lead to join our Advanced Analytics team. Your mission will be to technically lead the design, development, and deployment of autonomous agentic AI systems capable of planning complex tasks, using external tools, and solving multi-step problems with minimal human intervention. You will work on building intelligent agents that enhance productivity across Mango’s teams — from automating internal workflows to integrating large language models with corporate tools, APIs, and databases — thereby accelerating the company’s digital transformation with cutting-edge AI solutions. You will join a multidisciplinary team collaborating with professionals across Mango’s business areas, including experience design experts, software developers, data scientists, data engineers, and ML engineers. As the Agentic AI Tech Lead, you will hold technical ownership for designing, developing, and deploying agentic AI systems operating autonomously within Mango’s technology ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include: * Designing multi-step agent architectures using patterns such as Supervisor/Subagent, Handoff, Plan-and-Execute, and graph-based orchestration, defining how agents decompose tasks, manage context, and determine when to request human intervention (human-in-the-loop). * Building intelligent agents using leading Python frameworks (OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, Google ADK) and TypeScript frameworks (Mastra, Vercel AI SDK, LangGraph.js), selecting the optimal tool per use case. * Implementing agent memory systems (episodic, semantic, procedural, and long-term) using vector databases, RAG pipelines, or search engines such as OpenSearch. * Integrating agents with enterprise tools (APIs, SaaS, ERPs, CRMs) and multi-source data layers via standard protocols such as MCP (Model Context Protocol). * Orchestrating multiple large language models (LLMs), evaluating quality/cost/latency trade-offs per task, and optimizing via caching, streaming, and batching techniques. * Designing and implementing multidimensional evaluation pipelines (task completion, trajectory quality, tool use accuracy, faithfulness) using frameworks such as RAGAS, DeepEval, and LLM-as-Judge patterns. * Building observability and tracing pipelines using tools such as LangSmith, Langfuse, MLFlow, or OpenTelemetry. Applying AgentOps/MLOps practices: prompt versioning, CI/CD for agents, and cost management. * Implementing robust security guardrails: prompt injection prevention, output validation, audit logging. * Identifying opportunities for agentic automation across Mango’s business processes (apparel design, supply chain, marketing, e-commerce, customer service). * Collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business objectives into functional code and measurable outcomes. Documenting architectures, patterns, and best practices to scale knowledge. ABOUT YOU: * Strong motivation for agentic AI and continuous curiosity about the latest trends in frameworks, models, and architectures. You stay up to date with advances from OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepMind, Mastra, Vercel AI SDK, and convert that knowledge into concrete product improvements. * Degree in Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, or related field. A Master’s or PhD is a plus. * 4+ years of software development or AI/ML engineering experience, including at least 1–2 years working with LLMs and/or Generative AI in production environments. * Demonstrable experience building agents or multi-agent systems using at least one major Python framework (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, Google ADK) and/or TypeScript framework (Mastra, Vercel AI SDK, LangGraph.js). * Proficiency in Python (Pydantic, FastAPI, PydanticAI) and/or TypeScript (Next.js, Node.js, Vercel AI SDK) as primary development languages. * Solid software engineering fundamentals: system architecture, REST API design, automated testing, CI/CD, and version control. * Experience with end-to-end RAG pipelines (indexing, embeddings, vector search, re-ranking) and vector databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, pgvector). * Knowledge of agent memory engineering, interoperability protocols (MCP), and proficiency in SQL and data modeling. * Experience with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and deploying AI applications in production (Docker, Kubernetes, serverless). * Experience designing agent evaluations using RAGAS, DeepEval, LLM-as-Judge patterns, and observability platforms such as LangSmith and Langfuse. * Practical knowledge of security in agentic systems (prompt injection, audit logging, least-privilege) and Responsible AI principles. * Prior experience with production multi-agent systems, AgentOps platforms, publications, or open-source contributions in Generative or Agentic AI is highly valued. * Experience in fashion, retail, or e-commerce industries is a plus. * Proactive, self-starting, results-oriented individual who enjoys teamwork and embracing new challenges. * Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to both technical and executive audiences. * Ability to adapt to new and rapidly changing situations in a fast-evolving field.
