You will plan and define management timelines and construction phases. You will organize and plan each task and work to be carried out by the team assigned to the site. **Responsibilities** * Propose appropriate procedures, techniques, and resources for the tasks to be performed, as well as methods to improve performance and expected outcomes. * Manage budget estimates, supplier procurement processing, and control construction costs. * Coordinate with various industrial partners and subcontractors for each project. * Monitor progress to ensure work is completed according to the established schedule. * Verify certifications and liaise with technical supervision and the client. * Close out projects and allocate expenses and labor hours accordingly. * Monitor and track construction quality, and ensure compliance with safety measures. * Maintain documentation control for construction projects. **Requirements:** --------------- **Required Profile** * Degree in Building Engineering, Architecture, or Technical Architecture. * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager on singular building projects. **Required Skills** * Advanced knowledge of Presto for measurements, comparisons, and certifications. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project. * Experience in singular building projects and in developing activity-related projects is highly valued. * Organized, analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented individual with strong communication skills and leadership and management capabilities. * Goal-oriented professional focused on meeting deadlines and managing the diverse trades involved in each project.
