Purchase Objective Management** * Ensure timeliness in goods receiving. * Monitor compliance for each product delivery regarding specified criteria on quantities, quality, expiration dates, freshness, and temperature. * Manage returns related to products and packaging. * Document deliveries via delivery note, ensuring entries are confirmed in the system. * Enter product receipts into the system with maximum accuracy, specifying all required data including batch number and expiration date. * Efficiently label received goods for proper storage location. * Daily review of warehouse expiration date lists. * Hourly monitoring of stock shortages in picking areas with goods at loading docks. Priority in placement and restocking. **2\. Expense Objective Management** * Ensure proper use of machinery and other available resources. * Manage and monitor productivity of machine operators and handlers. * Accurately input expiration dates into the system to prevent product losses and associated costs. **3\. Supplier Management** * Manage incoming delivery and unloading schedules. * Ensure adherence to agreed timeframes with suppliers. * Analyze and resolve possible discrepancies and conflicts (with suppliers and carriers) arising from differences detected in weights, quality, and quantities. **4\. Ensure effective management of the team under responsibility** * Contribute to the adequate performance of the assigned human team, supervising both the results of their actions and the way tasks are carried out. * Ensure correct uniformity and use of PPE, as well as compliance with safety regulations for all personnel accessing the unloading area. * Support and promote the development of professional competencies within the team required for expected performance. * Collaborate and cooperate with team members to achieve work area objectives. * Guide and provide feedback to team members regarding their performance progression. * Ensure proper uniformity and distribution of PPE, as well as compliance with safety regulations for both assigned and external personnel. * Remain accessible to other sales stakeholders (supervisors, managers, department heads, etc.). **We offer:** * Initial contract due to long-term medical leave replacement, with real possibility of continuation. * Night shift: Tuesday and Friday from 22:00 to 06:00, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 23:00 to 07:00. * Salary according to collective agreement.
