




MISSION: To attend to and provide information to users visiting the campus reception desk (students, teaching and research staff, etc.) and to adequately prepare the assigned equipment, spaces, and resources in accordance with established regulations and instructions from the supervisor, with the aim of delivering a high-quality service characterized by speed, autonomy, and efficiency. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: \- Minimum qualification required: Compulsory Secondary Education Graduate or equivalent (Vocational Training Level 1 or Medium-Level Vocational Training Certificate) \- Catalan language proficiency certificate at level C1\-Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (or higher). \- Spanish language proficiency certificate equivalent to level C2\-CEFR or equivalent (only for non-Spanish nationals). EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE VALUABLE FOR CONSIDERATION: \- Academic qualification at a level higher than that required. \- Experience in the described duties or equivalent functions. \- Experience working with office software and ICT applications. \- English language proficiency certificate at level B2.2 (CEFR). \- Personal competencies: communication and interpersonal skills, critical thinking, intrapreneurship, collaboration and participation, self-awareness and emotional management, as well as ethics, integrity, and commitment to UPF and public service. CONDITIONS: Start date: February 2026 Estimated duration: 4 months (renewable) Workload: Full-time (35 hours/week) Schedule: Continuous AFTERNOON shift (mandatory presence from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with flexibility between 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. and between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m.) Annual gross remuneration: €24,191 (monthly gross salary of €1,728) \- Attend to and inform users (students, teaching and research staff, etc.) visiting the campus reception desk, identify their information needs, and channel them to the designated coordination units. \- Prepare and book equipment and spaces within campus buildings (classrooms, meeting rooms, etc.) so they meet the requirements and comfort needed for planned activities (teaching, research, etc.). \- Identify anomalies, deficiencies, and damages affecting spaces, facilities, and furniture, and activate the established procedure to resolve them. Also support functions related to monitoring and activation of building alarm systems, climate control, lighting, and other systems, as well as reporting incidents to general services providers. \- Provide administrative support to campus administration and management units, such as collecting and registering information in computer applications and databases, scanning, reproducing, preparing, and archiving documents, and keeping information updated on websites and other communication channels. \- Carry out the assigned role within the communications and evacuation team under the self-protection plan, and within the campus access control team. \- Other duties assigned within the scope of technical competencies. * Experience: 2 months.
